Vendor Application for April 13, 2019

Event Information:

Event: Early Care and Education Conference
Audience: All those who provide care and education for young children (ages birth to 8): early childhood educators, parents, grandparents, preschool teachers, family child care providers, foster parents, social workers
Title: Children Bring Communities
Together Date: Saturday, April 13, 2019
Time: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm (doors will open 7 am for vendors, registration begins at 7:30 am)
Place: BMCC, Pendleton Campus, Pioneer Hall (Please check in at registration table)

Vendor Information:

Set Up: Vendors may set up Friday, April 12, 4:00 – 6:00 pm (doors will lock at 6 pm) or Saturday, April 13, beginning at 7:00 am the day of the event.
Take down: Vendors are asked to be available to participants until 3:45
Door Prize:
All vendors must donate a $35.00 item/service as a door prize (donations may be brought when set-up takes place. Please be sure to mark donations with business cards to “market” your program!)
Vendor Access: Conference participants will have access to vendors during the following time slots:

  1. Networking and registration from 7:30 to 8:00 am
  2. 2 “official” 15-minute breaks 10:30 – 10:45 am & 3:00-3:10 pm
  3. Lunch hour (11:45 am – 1:00 pm)
  4. Closing from 3:10 to 3:30 pm, and afterwards until 3:45 pm

Table(s): Vendors will be provided with one six foot rectangular table (unless alternate arrangements are made prior to set-up)
Power: Limited access to electrical outlets is available (make arrangements with Dawn prior to set up)
