Employee of the Month: March
Congratulations Bob Triplett!!!
Bus Driver – Milton-Freewater
Teamwork: BOB IS SUCH A GREAT TEAM PLAYER…. Not only does he perform his own tasks with dedication and skill, but he is cheerful and willing to step in and do whatever tasks are needing to be done at the center. He is great to work with. He is very dependable and I know I can count on him to lend a hand when needed. Bob understands the importance of the service is able to provide to the children and families in our program and it is reflected in the work he does.
Leadership: His example is such an excellent one in every way. His work ethic is well developed and he knows his job, doing it conscientiously and efficiently. Yet he is open to constructive criticism and redirection, though those are rarely needed. Bob is a true professional and his interactions with co-workers, families and children are very respectful and courteous.
Outstanding Performance for the Month Nominated: Bob is always at work and on time and this month has been no exception. He was observed being patient and gentle with his charges and delivering them carefully to their classes.
He has helped out when other staff are absent, covering their duties along with his own. He gets the oil changed on his bus when needed and takes care of the van’s needs as well. Bob takes the initiative to help where he may be needed. When he notices someone is absent he will immediately ask his supervisor where he can help out even if he has just 10 minutes to spare. Several times he has helped in the kitchen with food prep in the cooks absence and other tasks outside his normal job duties, such as retrieving balls from the other side of the retaining wall and doing laundry when needed. Bob is such an asset to our agency and the overall functioning of the Milton-Freewater center. I don’t know what I would do with out him.
