Learn how to teach Yoga to kids. Focus on ages 3-6.
In this workshop, participants will learn how to integrate Yoga into their daycare, preschool or home environment. The style is designed for children ages 3-6, however both older and younger ages may enjoy. Focus will be on the benefits of yoga, breathing exercises, poses, games, songs, relaxation and how to put it all together. Attendees will also be guided through a fun, interactive Yoga adventure, and be given two sample routines to take home. Please wear comfortable clothing and if you choose bring a mat.
