What To Do When Your Child Gets Sick

1 Session/week – covers the management of more than 50 common childhood illnesses, injuries, and health problems (free book).

Nurturing Parenting

1 Session/week – Provides information on the importance of good dental hygiene for the entire family (free book and toothbrushes for children and adults).

Cooking Matters

6 Sessions (1/week)Hands-on opportunities to encourage participants in preparing healthy meals at home on a low budget.

Shopping Matters

90 min sessions (1/w eek)Shopping Matters at the Store empowers families to stretch their food budgets so their families get healthy meals at home and know the nutrition value of the foods been bought.

MyPlate for My Family

A MyPlate resource that supports SNAP-Ed nutrition education and obesity prevention efforts, and is based on recommendations from the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.
