What To Do When Your Child Gets Sick
1 Session/week – covers the management of more than 50 common childhood illnesses, injuries, and health problems (free book).
1 Session/week – Provides information on the importance of good dental hygiene for the entire family (free book and toothbrushes for children and adults).
Love Them, Protect Them
6 Sessions (1/week) – Hands-on opportunities to encourage participants in preparing healthy meals at home on a low budget.
90 min sessions (1/w eek) – Shopping Matters at the Store empowers families to stretch their food budgets so their families get healthy meals at home and know the nutrition value of the foods been bought.
MyPlate for My Family
A MyPlate resource that supports SNAP-Ed nutrition education and obesity prevention efforts, and is based on recommendations from the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.

6 Sessions (1/week) – Learn about self-care, know your baby’s cues, feeding and diapering, and developmental milestones.
7 Sessions (1/week) – Resources to handle the upset and conflict that come your way.
6 Sessions (1/week) – Building on Nurturing Parenting. A man who actively provides guidance, love and support to enhance the development and growth of children for whom he cares.
5 sessions (1/week) – A parenting program, but it doesn’t tell you how to be a parent. It’s more like a toolbox of ideas. You choose the strategies you need. You choose the way you want to use them. It’s all about making Triple P work for you.
