I represent Hermiston Victory Square and the new center for Hermiston.
I have 6 kids, sons ages 10, 6, and 3 and daughters ages 9, 8, and 5. I’ve been involved with Head Start since my oldest started at age 3. I’ve served in many ways between classrooms, lunch programs, parent education, and Policy Council. My most favorite area of serving is PC.
I am the Policy Council President this year. UMCHS has helped me become more confident in my mommy abilities, teaching me how to be a better advocate for my kids family and community. I wanted to continue being the PC President to continue to see new events and activities happen and also to get more opportunities for engaging in information to help serve our agency better.
My hope for UMCHS is that we can continue to grow and develop more ways to educate parents and staff on the many aspects that our agency does.
