My name is Stephanie Endersby, and I represent Pilot Rock Head Start! I’m a wife and mother of 4 children, ages 12, 10, 4 and 2. This is my second year as part of Head Start, and my second year as a part of Policy Council.
Being a part of UMCHS Policy Council has opened my eyes to just how amazing this agency is and the wonderful opportunities it provides for children and their families! The staff have come alongside our family with time and resources and helped us thrive as a family unit, as individuals and as community members.
This year I will be serving as your Policy Council Vice Chairperson. I am so excited to be even more involved than I was last year, and to further develop leadership skills and participate in some incredible growth opportunities. Serving the agency has been so rewarding, confidence boosting, encouraging and inspiring.
My dream for Policy Council for the 2018-2019 year is that we can all connect as both parents and Council members, coming together for positive impact for OUR children and ALL children in our agency. Because when we work together, using our voices for the sake of our families, anything is possible!
Let’s get ready to do great things!!
